Jake had a blast this past Saturday, and rightfully so: it was his Bar Mitzvah after all, and he worked hard to make it an absolutely memorable one. The service was held at Temple B'nai Aviv and went by exactly as it should, with Jake performing admirably. In the evening, his friends gathered at the Peyton's Place, in Plantation, and had a fun and intense party, with Wes from Jammin' Express doing a great job of keeping the mood always high. It was truly a pleasure to have been there for the Steirns... Thanks and Mazel Tov!

Jacob was Bar Mitzvah'd last week and everything happened exactly in the way he wanted: a perfect Thursday morning service at Temple B'nai Aviv, with him alone on the Bimah and a select group of family members and close friends to witness this important milestone in his life. After the service, it was time to celebrate with a nice and fun luncheon at Weston Hills Country Club, where Jacob and his friends spend the afternoon dancing, laughing and playing a ton of different games under the command of my good friend Alberto, from Pure Energy. It was an incredible celebration, and I thank the Lenders for having me there for yet another great moment in their lives!

Jordan celebrated her Bat Mitzvah this past Saturday, and did it in great style! The day began with an early service at Temple Dor Dorim, where her performance proved that all those years of preparation paid off handsomely. In the evening, the Temple was transformed into a beautiful room for her party, which was carefully planned by Jordan's mom, Jennifer. It was a different and very beautiful decoration, with special attention to detail and superb uplighting all over. The lucky guests spent the whole night dancing and having a fantastic time, and the Kellers are to be congratulated for such a beautiful moment. Mazel Tov!

Sam became a Bar Mitzvah this past Saturday with a beautiful service at Temple Dorim in Weston. He was by himself on the Bimah and performed absolutely flawlessly, just like his older brother Max did a couple of years ago. It was yet another emotional milestone in the lives of Karen and Wayne, a fantastic couple, and Sam is already looking forward to his own special and different celebration this summer: a trip with his family to some far away (and great) places. Looking forward to hearing the stories from the trip, Sam, and Mazel Tov!

The day finally arrived for Amanda and Ilyssa, and their B'not Mitzvah was everything they were expecting it to be... A perfect celebration that started early in the morning at Temple Dor Dorim, where both girls excelled during the service. In the evening, everyone was back at the Temple for an evening of much joy and fun. It was really a memorable day for the Grapins, and I thank this great family for having me there to document it all - it was a real pleasure!

I've been waiting for Caitlin's Bat Mitzvah ever since I photographed her older brother Matt's special day, back in 2007... Caitlin was a wonderful and sweet little girl back then, and she grew up to become an even more wonderful and sweet teenager. Michelle and Craig, her proud parents, organized a fantastic celebration at the Club Med in Port St Lucie, with their guests being treated to a fun (and sun) filled weekend. Garret, who is Caitlin's younger brother, certainly got a good warm-up for his own Bar Mitzvah in a couple more years! Ross, from Rock With U, did a great job of keeping the crowd dancing all night long, and my good friend Sean Harvey was in charge of the videography. It was definitely worth the wait, Caitlin, Mazel Tov!
