Lucas will be arriving in a little over one month now, so it was time for Jessica and Jeremy to hit the beach for a few photos before his grand entrance... We enjoyed a beautiful (and hot!) late afternoon at the beach and a nice, laid-back mood to the whole session. Looking forward to see Lucas in all his glory come August!

I had a fantastic time photographing Helaina last week, and I can only hope she had as much fun as I did... It's really rare to see such intensity and expression in a girl her age, and all I can say is that she has a beautiful journey ahead of her. Keep on going, Helaina, you're a true star!

Inkeri, Arnt and Kasper

The Mentzonis is one amazing family! Inkeri is from Finland, Arnt is from Norway, and their 7-months old baby, Kasper, was born here in America - but looks just like their nordic parents... He is an easy-going little boy, happy as he could be and always in a very good mood - at least during all our beach session. Inkeri wanted to capture this unique moment in the family's life and I guess she was absolutely right in doing so, for their happiness really came through in all the images from that beautiful morning. It was a pleasure to have met you all!

It was cool morning session at our favorite beach and the Torres family had a fantastic time in and out of the water. They wanted to do these photos for such a long time, and they knew they had to be at the beach, so we waited a while until we got a little break on this heat wave of late. Thanks for the time together, it was definitely fun and, I hope, worth the wet and sandy car seats on the way back!
