Beatriz and Carlin - Trash the Dress

It took them over two years, but Beatriz and Carlin finally managed to come down to Florida once again in order to have their "Trash the Dress" session at the beach, like they always said they would. It ended up being a great late afternoon time spent together, and the dress was trashed indeed! I wish you a long life of happiness together, you're a great couple!

Vanessa and Rafael - The Day After

| Weddings

Their wedding was perfect, but we still had one more thing to do before the celebration was over: a nice day-after session, and Vanessa really wanted to trash her dress in style. The couple had also planned a very interesting pillow fight that let them (and myself) all covered in feathers, so the day after ended up being as much fun as the wedding itself. Here's a few first images from it...

Vanessa and Rafael

| Weddings

It was a dream come true for Vanessa and Rafael, as they got married last Friday in Ft. Lauderdale... After so much planning and anxiety, the day finally came and they were more than ready to tie the knot with an emotional ceremony at St. Sebastian Church. It was then party time at the Ritz Carlton, and they welcomed all their guests with a splendid reception. The music went until the early morning hours, provided by the great Junior's Band Orchestra. After the "Hora Loca", there was still an unexpected appearance of Billy The Marlin, and the night ended with the happy crowd singing on the stage. It was an amazing day, Vanessa and Rafael, and thanks once again for having me there to celebrate with you.

Daniella and Alex

| Weddings

Daniella and Alex got married last week in Ft. Lauderdale, and it was a beautiful and emotional day from the very beginning till the last dance... The ceremony as held at the St. Sebastian Church, and from there their guests went straight to the W Hotel, where an evening of much fun waited for them. Daniella and Alex assembled a fantastic team to help them make their special day happen just the way they wanted: DJ Jorge Antonatos (Vision DJs) for the excellent music, my good friends Chad and Jason (Timeline Productions) for the non-stop video and Jamie Lipman (Absolute) for the precise planning and coordination of it all. Congrats to this amazing couple, I wish you many, many years of much happiness and joy!

Rochelle and Bill

| Weddings

Rochelle and Bill came all the way from NYC to get married in Florida last Sunday, and it was everything they were dreaming of for a long time... It all happened at the Hyatt Pier 66 in Fort Lauderdale, with a beautiful weather to make things even more perfect: lots of friends and both their families, a wonderful ceremony and a whole evening of much fun and dancing. The music was provided by the incredible Beth and Command Performance (my good friend Beth Sipe), and the whole day was filmed in great style by another amazing friend, Ruben Senderey. Rochelle and Bill, I wish you only the very best, and thanks once again for having me there with you in such a special day! It was truly an honor...

Marlent and Zack

| Weddings

It was truly a pleasure to photograph Marlent and Zack's amazing wedding last Saturday in Coral Gables. I was looking forward to it since I first met them at the studio, seeing how passionate and happy they were about finally tying the knot. The day began at the Biltmore Hotel, where they both got ready for the ceremony at the beautiful Coral Gables Congregational Church. After they walked down the aisle, the party began at the Comber Hall and didn't stop until the end of the night - except for an awesome surprise show of chinese folkloric dance that kept everyone mesmerized. The music was provided by DJ Ubi, who as always didn't skip a single beat, and my good friends Ursula and Ed, from Belvedere Films, did a fantastic job capturing the whole day in film. Jessica Masi was also outstanding as the wedding planner, overlooking every detail until the very end. Congrats, Marlent and Zack, I wish you both a life full of beautiful moments together!
